We were kinda surprised by the really good service at the hotel. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist us with any requests. It made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is near the train station and right in the center, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city and directions to nearby attractions. The hotel also offers a rooftop pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.
The tile joints in the bathroom could be cleaned more carefully for future guests.

Wonderful rooftop and pool. Convenient schedule allowed for private use. Good air conditioning and refreshing pool made the heat bearable. Beautiful location with charming streets, churches, and gardens nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any queries. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with comfortable beds and well-working airconditioning. The hotel had a rooftop pool, nice and clean, offering a great place to relax and cool off. The location was perfect, as it was about 10 minutes walk from the train station and right in the centre of the old town, near all the major attractions of the city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location couldn't be better. It's in a lovely neighborhood with charming little bars and a supermarket just a few minutes away. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to assist with my luggage and even stored my dog's travel cage free of charge. Thirdly, the rooms were fantastic, with well-working air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the hot weather. And lastly, the breakfast at the nearby bakery was delicious and a great way to start the day.
None of the minor points mentioned in the reviews deterred from my overall wonderful experience.
